Appointment Terms & Policies

Cancellations

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We ask that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. A charge will be applied for failure to follow this policy.

Arrival

We ask that all new clients arrive 10 minutes before their reserved time to fill out a new client intake form. If arriving more than 10 minutes, be aware that we may be in service with another client, please be patient as the doors are locked for your safety as well as ours. All returning clients need to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to following clients and to your therapist(s), late arrivals will only receive the remaining available time and will be charged the full service fee.

Prices and Gift Certificates

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AMEX  cards, as well as  cash. Prices in print and stated on website are subject to change. Gift certificates are accepted within the written expiration date. Our gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cell Phones

In consideration of other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager before entering the spa. If you are expecting an important call, please let your therapist know.

Children

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children under the age of 14 who are not receiving treatment are not permitted in the spa. We apologize for any inconvenience as we strive to keep your loved ones safe.
